

Tom has been living in Thailand since October 2005 during which time he has held the role of Office Manager for the Lersuang Group. His duties include overseeing the day to day running of all the administrative functions within the office as well as a liaison for Customer and After Sales service provided by the Lersuang Group. Any queries to the Organisation route through Tom who will ensure the correct person(s) responsible for the answers either respond directly to the query or provide Tom with the answer for response to the clients.
Tom previously worked for Thorn Emi in the UK as a Warehouse Manager where he was responsible for Asset management, Delivery and Home Service scheduling for up to 800 home visits per day, as well as compliance to ISO9001 process and the general day to day running of the Operation Centre in regards to Staffing, Health and Safety, Fleet Servicing and General Operations.

Amelia has worked for the Lersuang Group since November 2006 and is responsible for the production of contracts for the group with regards to the sale and purchase of the units and for the credit control of the individual buyer accounts. Amelia is probably the main point of contact for our customers after the sale has been concluded as she is responsible for the subsequent stage payment invoicing, issuing of TT3 documents, receipts, etc.
Prior to arriving full time in Phuket in November 2006 Amelia was based in Hong Kong for four years where she was employed in the Finance, Publishing and Property industries.
