Jumlong Sittichok – Group Finance Director
As finance Director Jumlong is responsible for the Groups finance and Accounting Departments. His team consist of 14 Finance and Accounting staff who report to the Group Finance and Accounting Manager. This includes the administrative control of the Groups individual Companies (currently 56) in relation to Audit, Internal accounting procedures, bank funding and financial resource control. Since 2003 He has been a Director of Holbrook Construction Company Ltd. Jumlong has a career background in the Hotel and Leisure Industry, working for the Pansea Hotel in both Phuket and Samui. He has also worked for the Phi Phi Palm Beach Resort, Maithon resort Hotel, and the internationally renowned Club Med Resorts. His roles have been both as a Supervisor and Manager in the Leisure areas of the Hotels and Resorts in which he has worked.
Khun Jumlong has also run a restaurant and Tour business ‘The Blue Marlin Restaurant” and “Dolphin Tours” that he successfully built into a thriving establishment until its sale. . He also dedicates time to the running of several Leisure outlets on Phuket from Motorcycle clubs to Surf Clubs that have supported and continue to support local charities and disaster relief during the 2004 Tsunami.
Viroj Chinpracha - Group Asset and Land Acquisition Director
Khun Tum is responsible for acquisition of Land for the Groups land Bank, this includes due diligence procedures to ensure the land is suitable for the Groups future projects. He is also responsible for ensuring the Group compliance to legislation in regards to planning and Environmental impact approval for our projects. He liaises directly with Local and National level officials in relation to these tasks. Mr Chinpracha joined as a Director of Holbrook Construction Co., Ltd in 2003, along with the three other founder members he saw the potential for growth in luxury western style Apartments and Villas on his home island of Phuket and throughout Thailand. Prior to establishing Holbrook Construction Co., Ltd Khun Tum ran a successful F&B Outlet ‘Sala Thai Restaurant’ prior to selling the business to create Holbrook Construction.
Mr Chinpracha also worked for the World renowned Amanpuri Resort in Phuket, considered by many to be the leading Hotel in Thailand and one of the most exclusive in the World.
Errol Salih – Group CEO
As group CEO Errol leads the Management of the business plan in order to deliver a vibrant and effective organisation for our Customers and Staff. Errol is constantly expanding and developing existing Income Streams as well as exploring untapped resources to drive the business forward. Errol uses his Strategic planning skills in analysing the potential growth Markets and Project planning and development. Errol also utilises his effective communication skills to ensure that all members of the board and the whole organisation understand and deliver the business plan for the success of our partners, stakeholders, Customers and Staff. As one of the four founding members Mr Salih commenced his position within the Company in 2003.
A proven background in the International Trade and Project Finance industry based in the UK his remit focused mainly on the Middle East and Eastern European geographical areas. Before departing from the UK he invested in Coolwater London Limited and worked on structuring and building the Company portfolio for the purpose of offering the company for sale to a subsidiary of a major listed Company on the Paris Stock Exchange.
Selwyn Casey – Construction Director
The Management of all construction sites is the responsibility of Selwyn as Group Construction Director, his team of International Project Managers oversee the Construction workforce and our Construction partners on the individual construction Sites on a daily basis. Selwyn and his team are also responsible for ensuring that Construction budgets and timeframes are met. As a founding member of Holbrook Construction Co Ltd in 2003 Selwyn joined as Director of the Company. His Construction background has spanned over 40 Years Before settling in Thailand for the last Seven years he ran a successful shop fitting company based in London trading as D&S Casey as a partner in the business with his brother.
A skilled Carpenter by trade his employment history has included working in the UK and Middle East on Government contracts and on behalf of Private Companies including leading companies such as Thorn Emi, Mowlam and Warner Brothers.
